Goodwiller, P.R.P., is not a substitute for Robert’s Rules of Order, Newly Revised; it is an introductory summary of the purpose and practice of common parliamentary principles as used in the PC(USA). This updated resource is based on the 12th edition of RONR. (2nd Edition - 2022)
